The main building is deteriorating rapidly and is probably
too far gone to be an economically feasible project for
repairing.

Recently my wife and I were driving through Fort Worth
and decided to drive by the Swift Factory site
to see what was there. From the photos enclosed you can
see that the entrance security building
and the water tower are pretty much all that is remaining.
